(Stn.Mtn,Ga.)-1990-2005 sold car after hot rodding & spray painting interior stripping ac & other parts (a very stupid attempt at lightening the cars weight) 3rd owner Daniel M.(Covington,Ga) 2005-2005 owner listed car in Corvette Trader October 2005 as matching # 1972 vette $10,000 4th owner (Me-Richard Johnson Villa Rica,Ga) 2005-current -called seller day ad appeared for $10,000-grabbed wife & 1 month old drove the 55 miles to Covington met Daniel M. @ circle K store- complained upon seeing car about small cosmetic issues-while quietly excited about matching numbered car- 3rd owner said he would take $8,000 instead of the advertised 10,000 I wrote the check.drove car home- replaced all calipers,seats,carpets,door panels,weather stripping,had seat belts reconditioned (snake oyl in Tx),replaced center shifter console. taking a break just hot rod around on sunny days now- |
